What a fun beginning to the season! Maquel scored her first goal for her team the "Daisies." Was she ever thrilled!!! Being the smallest on the team may have it's disadvantages, but her tenacity makes up for them. Luke's team the "Cyclones" has gotten off to a smashing start, too. They tied their first game and won today's game 6-0. Luke is playing an awesome full-back keeping the ball from ever getting to the goalie. Maquel's league doesn't keep score (6-1, 6-5) but we know in our hearts how hard they've played (hee, hee).
