Luke's TEA (Taxed Enough Already) party

On April 15, 2009, Luke went with his grandparents to the capital to protest tax increases. At the State capital, he saw thousands of protesters and carried a sign to show his opinion. He understood why he was there, although, he was hoping that there would be more "party" to the the "tea party". He was very interested in the FBI agents that were positioned on the top of the buildings to moniter the crowd. He was very tired when he got home and I was very proud of him. I'm glad that he has learned that "if you don't voice your opinion, the government won't know the problem." Way to tough it out and make a difference, Luke.
